1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing digital items from Plan Explorer ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.
2. Skill Academy & Course Enrollment
When enrolling in our training academy courses:
- Personal License: Course videos, lab exercises, project source files, and community forums are licensed exclusively to you for personal educational use. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Verifiable Certification: Certificates are issued only upon satisfactory completion of curriculum modules and practical project reviews verified by our faculty.
- Course Updates: We reserve the right to revise curriculum content, lessons, and software versions to ensure training remains aligned with industry benchmarks.
3. Software Products & Browser Extensions
We develop and publish productivity utilities and enterprise software. Free extensions are distributed under open community licenses for personal and professional efficiency. Commercial licenses (such as PRO extensions or bespoke Laravel applications) grant non-transferable, perpetual usage rights subject to payment clearance and compliance with fair use limits.
4. Payments, Currency & Order Verification
All fees are clearly stated in US Dollars (USD) or converted to Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) at checkout. Orders submitted through manual banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Binance Pay, Bank Deposit) undergo administrative transaction verification before digital access is unlocked. Orders found to contain counterfeit transaction hashes will be permanently rejected.
5. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses
You agree not to engage in any of the following unauthorized activities:
- Attempting to probe, scan, or breach system security, firewalls, or user authentication mechanisms.
- Using our software, scrapers, or browser extensions in violation of third-party platform terms or anti-spam legislation.
- Redistributing, reselling, or sub-licensing proprietary curriculum recordings or commercial software source codes without explicit written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plan Explorer and its instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our educational materials, software tools, or third-party web platforms.
